Bronze - no charge
Supply-only, with telephone and e-Docs guidance and support. Includes one drawing with two iterations.
Silver - £150 + VAT
A more bespoke service, with one site visit by a director or one pre-installation visit from our technicians, plus optional commissioning and certification. Includes up to two drawings, each with up to three iterations, and the option of smartphone or home automation control. Annual servicing available at extra cost.
Gold - £300 + VAT
A full-service solution: as many site visits as required, partnering with other M&E services, a CPD presentation if needed, staged installation by our own technicians, commissioning and certification, and full documentation and onsite guidance. Unlimited drawings, 3D visuals and iterations. HETAS chimney inspection service, with certification at extra cost. Includes risk assessment and O&Ms.
Platinum
Gold-level service+ for overseas or long-distance clients. Cost by negotiation.
